Utility for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by these
Terms, or damaging in any way to the services and infrastructure
which provide access to the Student Utility, or to any other
Internet infrastructure associated with the Student Utility.
You agree to abide by the Terms of use set forth by the
Crescent School IT department for use of its services, and you
agree that your access to the Student Utility may be terminated
if you breach any of these conditions (though your account
may be suspended at any time by Student Utility administrators
or Crescent School staff, for any reason). Neither Student
Utility Group Inc., nor any of its employees, team members,
or other associated personnel, are liable for any damages related
to any use of the Student Utility.
